About This Dog for Adoption
Bea's ideal home
Bea is looking for a home with active adopters who can take her on lots of exploring, sniffy adventures, give her training and enrichment to keep her clever brain busy and give her all the care and attention she deserves. She can live with children aged 10 years and over who understand that she can be a little bouncy and clumsy and who will play with her nicely and can give her space to relax and rest when needed. Bea is a playful and bouncy girl who could live with another dog who will happily engage in excitable and clumsy play, this will be pending successful meetings at the centre, living with another dog is not a necessity, she would love to have play and friendly walking buddies, she cannot live with cats or other small furries. Bea has a little training under her belt, she does a lovely “sit”, she is a clever and engaging girl and could learn new things in short, sweet sessions especially after a sniffy walk and if a tasty treat is on offer. She will need a refresher on her house training so a private or communal, secure garden with high fencing is needed. Bea can get a little worried being left alone, she could be left for up to 1-2 hours, but this would need to be built up slowly once she has had time to settle into her new home. Bea will need to meet her adopters a few times prior to going home, so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet her within 48hrs of being shortlisted.
Could you be Bea's perfect match?
Playful and bouncy girl Bea is a 2 year old Collie Cross who is full of life and energy! She just loves to play; with toys, people, other dogs and water, she lives for a good splash around in the paddling pool and will chase around after toys that are thrown for her, she especially likes rope toys. Once she is done with playtime, she likes nothing more than a fuss, she will happily sit in your lap for back and neck scratches whilst watching the world go by. This gorgeous girl is ready to find her new home.
