Plum's ideal home

Plum is looking for a home with loving and active adopters who can take her on sniffy adventures, who will take the time to help her settle in and give her all the love and attention she deserves. She is a friendly bean who can live with children aged 10 years and over who can play nicely with her and will give her space to rest when needed. Plum could live with an established dog who will happily co-exist with her and engage in occasional play, this will be pending successful meetings at the centre, living with another dog is not a necessity, she would love to have calm and polite walking buddies, she cannot live with cats or other small furries. Plum has some training under her belt, she does a lovely “sit”, “paw” and “down”, she is eager to engage in training with the help of a tasty treat. She will need a refresher on her housetraining in her new home so a private or communal, secure garden is needed. Plum could settle in the home, so could be left for up to 1-2 hours, this would need to be built up slowly once she has had time to settle in. Plum will need to meet her adopters a few times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet her within 48hrs of being shortlisted.

Super sweet Plum is a 3 year old Border Collie who will make a great adventure buddy! She is a playful bean and likes to chase around with her toys, balls are her favourite and she will happily play with company or alone. Cuddle time is awesome, she can be a little appeasing when first meeting people, but once she knows you she will sit beside you and lean into you for more fusses. This little sweetie is on the lookout for her new home.
