Melba's ideal home
The beautiful Melba is a sweet and intelligent girl. She loves to be kept busy and is very food driven.
Because of her energy levels, she would suit an active home, preferably with an interest in training and a home that could give her a job to do such as agility- but to begin with she will need a family who will give her lots of time to find her paws as she can be very timid to begin with. Melba does have an anxious side and can be timid around some people and will need a few meets before she goes home, but once she gets to know you she enjoys a fuss and likes to show off her clever side too.
She has come into the centre with limited history and may need training in all areas including confidence building in the home and time left alone may need to be built up gradually. Melba has been a little worried by boisterous dogs but could live with a calm confident dog following a successful meet.
She needs an adult only home who will be understanding and patient with her and give her plenty of space when she is resting. Because she has lots of energy she will need access to her own secure garden where she can continue any training and explore in a safe place.
