Bobby's ideal home
Bobby is a delightful older gentleman on the search for a quiet retirement home where he can be the only pet. He would like his own secure garden for off-lead play as he loves to play fetch! Bobby is a bit unsure of other dogs so would do best away from highly populated dog areas. He is perfectly manageable on walks, he just prefers to keep his distance. Bobby’s new home should be adult-only but he could happily welcome younger visitors and he has been really friendly with all the staff that he has met here. He is currently overweight and is on a special diet to help him slim down a bit. This will also be beneficial for ongoing management of Bobby’s hip, as he does have some discomfort. He is on medication to help manage this but if this is a barrier to you applying please do still get in touch.

Bobby is an 11-year-old Collie. He is a big fan of playing ball and would easily do this for hours but unfortunately his hip won’t allow it. He loves to sniff on walks and is good on the lead. Bobby is good in the car and just likes having a ramp to help him get in. In his previous home Bobby was left for a few hours so should be happy with this once he is settled in his new home. He is a bright boy and is fully housetrained. Bobby would love to find a comfy bed to relax on and some new humans to play ball with!
