About This Dog

Opie's ideal home

Opie is looking for a home with patient adopters who are happy to carry on with his training and confidence-building. He would like his adopters to be around for most of the time to help him settle into his new home. Opie would like his leave hours to be minimal at the start and have them built up slowly. He could live with children aged 12+. He could potentially live with cats (pending a scent swap), but would like to be the only dog in the home, but can have walking friends when out and about. He would not like to live with small furries or birds, but could live with livestock. Opie likes people, so he can have regular visitors once he's settled; however, he would benefit from some quiet time to help him build confidence in his new home, as he can be worried by handling. His dream home would have a private/communal garden where he can enjoy time running around, smelling all the good smells!

Could you be Opie's perfect match?

Opie is a very loving boy who wants nothing more than to spend time cuddling up with his people or going for nice sniffy walks. Opie is a very friendly boy who loves meeting up with his doggy friends on walks. He will make the perfect addition to a home that has plenty of time to help him build his confidence and give him all the love and cuddles he deserves! If you could offer Opie a patient and caring home, he could be your pawfect match!
