Meet Meg, a gentle eight-year-old Border Collie with a heart full of love. She’s looking for a peaceful home where life moves at a steady pace. Best suited to a rural setting or a small residential area with low traffic, Meg would love a home with a secure garden where she can spend long, lazy afternoons sunbathing in the grass. An adult-only home with minimal visitors would be ideal, and she would benefit from patient adopters who are willing to follow a training plan to help her feel more comfortable around visitors, ideally keeping these to a minimum or ensuring they are familiar faces. A home set up with a porch or baby gate to manage the front door would really help her feel safe, and while she can manage short stretches near busier roads, easy access to quieter walking routes would suit her best. Meg can live happily with calm cats and enjoys the company of steady dog friends out on walks, making her a lovely addition to the right calm and thoughtful home.
