About This Dog for Adoption

Shandy's ideal home

This handsome boy is Shandy! He is a 2.5 year old Border Collie cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Shandy is a very sweet but sensitive boy with so much love to give to his new family. He can live with another dog in the home who can show him the ropes of his new home and the outside world. Shandy is looking for a home with older secondary school aged children that can give him the time to settle. When meeting new people, Shandy is a little worried, but is a massive foody, so this is the way to his heart! He has previously lived with cats, therefore, could in his new home pending successful introductions. Shandy is toilet trained and tries his hardest not to toilet in his kennel.

Could you be Shandy's perfect match?

Shandy is a very sweet and loveable boy who loves to give kisses and cuddles! He is slowly gaining confidence here at the centre, but does rely on his friends for some reassurance, this is why we think he would be great living with another dog! Shandy is looking for a home where his new family can be patient with him and slowly introduce the world to him. Shandy is an amazing boy who deserves to be treated like the king he is!
