Finn is a calm, confident and instantly friendly 5-year-old Border Collie who loves meeting new people and will happily approach for a gentle greeting. He thrives on affection and enjoys sitting beside you for a fuss, making him a lovely companion in the home. Finn is currently kenneled with his friend Rio, and the pair have formed a strong bond, so ideally they would be rehomed together. He settles well when with Rio and can be left for up to four hours initially, with this being built up gradually over time (particularly if homed on his own). Finn walks nicely alongside other dogs and is polite in his interactions, although he can be protective over his toys, so this will need to be managed in a multi-dog household. He would suit an owner who can provide regular exercise to help him reach a healthier weight, as well as someone who enjoys a relaxed but sociable companion.
