Dan's ideal home

Dan is a high-spirited boy who is looking for a quiet environment so he can decompress. As he has shown signs of resource guarding Dan is looking for an adult-only home. He needs to be the only dog in the home and would benefit from a family who can help build his social skills with other dogs. Unfortunately Dan isn't able to live with cats. Dan will need a secure garden of his own. He will love the secure space to get some of his energy out.

Could you be Dan's perfect match?

Dan is a high-energy yet anxious little boy who was found as a stray. He is just about to turn 1 year old so is a young lad who has missed out on a lot of important socialisation. With guidance, patience and understanding from a new family he’s got heaps of potential. Dan likes to be focussed and moving, and might benefit from activities such as agility and flyball once he’s settled. As we don’t know whether he has been in a home before he might need an introduction to the basics such housetraining, car travel and being left alone. He does try to keep his kennel clean though, and happily jumps into a car so hopefully it won’t take him long.
