About This Dog

Luigi's ideal home

Luigi is a gorgeous 6 month old Collie X Lurcher with bundles of energy and classic breed traits! He came into our care with his brother Luigi who he shares his kennel well with, but he would prefer to be the only dog in his new home as he currently finds new dogs a bit spooky. This lanky boy is just a bouncy puppy so would prefer all children in the home to be secondary school aged and confident around bigger dogs. Due to his age he can be quite boisterous when he is playing and will jump up to greet you. Luigi will need his leaving hours built up slowly, but once he has settled into the home he could be left for 4-6 hours with a break.

Could you be Luigi's perfect match?

Luigi is looking for an active home who can keep up with his energy levels and provide him with the mental stimulation he needs for his breed. He is a big foodie and enjoys enrichment and playing with his toys, so this should be easy. When he is out and about he loves a good zoomie, but prefers quieter walks as he is currently quite spooked by other dogs and is working on his social skills with us here in the centre. We can't wait for this special boy to find his forever home.
