About This Dog

Roy's ideal home

Roy is looking for a calm, patient home where he can continue building his confidence at his own pace. Having had a sheltered start to life, he can find new places, sounds, and interactions a little overwhelming. He'll need adopters who understand that progress will be gradual and are happy to let him take the lead. Roy would greatly benefit from living with a confident, friendly dog, as he comes out of his shell with canine companionship. He has made wonderful strides in foster care with the help of his doggy role models. A child-free home with minimal visitors will give him the peaceful environment he needs to settle and flourish.

Could you be Roy's perfect match?

Roy is an incredibly sweet lad who is beginning to discover just how wonderful the world can be. Since being in foster care, he has started learning how to play, explore the garden and seeking out affection. Watching his confidence grow has been a joy, and with the support of the right family, there's no doubt he will continue to blossom. Roy may need a little extra time and understanding, but it will be a very rewarding experience watching him grow from strength to strength.
