Harry's ideal home

Harry is a warm, joyful 8 year old Collie cross, looking for patient adopters that can help show him the joys of home life. Having come into our care as a stray, Harry’s experience in the home is very limited so he will benefit from continued housetraining and lead training. He would be best suited to a home along the city outskirts or in a small town, with sensible secondary school aged children who would be confident in reading and understanding his body language. Harry would enjoy living with active adopters and he’s happy using the car for short periods to reach scenic walking routes. He would prefer to be the only dog in the home, although he could enjoy socialising with canine friends when out and about.

Harry is a friendly and affectionate companion who brings a wonderfully relaxed and sociable nature. He enjoys meeting new people and is happy to accept fuss, though he’ll politely wander off once he’s had enough.
