4Approximately 7 years old rescued Collie, she’s very nervous but very gentle and friendly, loves children and is really gentle with them, really good with all dogs just wants to play with them, she’s fine with cats but doesn’t leave them alone and just wants to play with them all the time, the only reason we can’t keep her is me and my wife both work and it’s not fair

It's important to remember that any puppy must be microchipped before being sold by law.
Although not illegal to sell younger, it is also Highly recommended that a puppy does not leave their mother or siblings before being at least 8 weeks old. Generally, 8-12 weeks old is considered the best age to buy or sell a puppy.
Based on our internal marketplace analysis from the last 6 months, a Border Collie puppy typically costs between £350 and £550, with an average price of £450. Note that premium prices usually reflect Kennel Club (KC) registration and litters from parents with verified health tests, such as hip and eye scores, which we strongly recommend for health security. You can find Border Collies through our localized search, which filters for licensed and Kennel Club Assured Breeders in and around the Liskeard area. Under UK law, any breeder producing three or more litters a year must hold a local council license. We recommend always visiting the puppy at the breeder's home to view the license and observe the mother (Dam) interacting with the litter to ensure high welfare standards.
Key things include health checks, vaccinations, pedigree documents, breeder reputation, and the puppy's temperament. Our site features detailed adverts and breeder profiles to help you make an informed decision. Read our Border Collie Puppy Buyers Guide for more information.
Licensed breeders meet high standards for animal welfare and breeding ethics. border-collie-owners.co.uk highlights licensed breeders so you can trust you're getting a well-cared-for puppy.
