About This Dog

Connor's ideal home

Meet handsome boy, Connor! Connor is a 4.5-year old Border Collie looking for his forever home. Connor is super sweet, and can live with children of any age. He is unable to live with another dog in the home, but would benefit from having social doggy pals out and about! He is also able to live with a cat in the home.
Connor is a super sweet boy who loves to play with his toys! His favourite being his tennis ball. He can show some appeasements when being overhandled, but does love to say hello to everyone he meets. Out and about, he will need to work on his social skills with other dogs as he can be a bit rude and shouty, but he would like to make some tolerant friends. He can be quite noise sensitive out and about, and is a bit worried around vehicles so would prefer to live in a quieter, more rural area where he can spend some quiet time in his garden.
Connor adores his cheese and ham treats, and is incredibly clever. He would love a Collie experienced home that are willing to give him the mental and physical enrichment he will need to thrive!
Connor would love patient and understanding owners that are willing to work build his confidence in some areas, and let him settle in at his own pace. Connor is a brilliant boy, and we can't wait to see him cosied up with his forever family!

Could you be Connor's perfect match?

Connor is a typical Collie, loving his tennis balls, treats and learning new things. He is fully house-trained and travels well in the car! He will be a great adventure buddy, as he is full of energy and loves to explore new places - as long as they aren't too loud or busy.
Connor can be left for 4-6 hours with a break once settled, and loves to cosy up on a blanket for a snooze. He walks well on the lead, though, can pull a little bit if something is very exciting! He does enjoy cuddling up at night with his people, so would love to continue this in his new home.
