About This Dog

Ringo's ideal home

Ringo is a sweet and affectionate 4-year-old Collie looking for an active home that can give him the time, training, and enrichment he needs to thrive. Although he can be a little timid at first, Ringo is a gentle soul who quickly seeks out attention and enjoys spending time with people. Like many Collies, Ringo is an intelligent and energetic boy who likes to keep busy. He can become overwhelmed and frustrated when left alone, so he is looking for a home where someone is around for most of the day and can help him settle into a routine. Ringo walks nicely on lead and enjoys the company of other dogs. In fact, he has shown that he settles much better when he has a calm canine companion around, so he may benefit from living with another steady, well-mannered dog following successful introductions. He will need access to a secure garden and a family who are keen to continue his training and provide plenty of mental and physical enrichment. Due to his sensitive nature and current stress levels, Ringo is looking for a home with children aged 11 and over. Ringo will need all of his basic training, including housetraining.

Could you be Ringo's perfect match?

Ringo is a lovely boy with so much potential. With patience, companionship, and plenty of opportunities to use his clever Collie brain, he will make a loyal and rewarding companion.
