Bella's ideal home

Bella is a gentle 7-year-old Collie cross who is looking for a quiet, loving home where she can enjoy life at her own pace. She’s a sweet soul who really values time with her people and loves being close to those she trusts.

Bella is friendly and sociable, but she also knows when she’s had enough and will happily take herself off for some peace and quiet. She hasn’t had much experience with children, so she would be best suited to a home with older, calm teenagers who understand and respect her need for space.

She has lived around other dogs before, but Bella is very people-focused and would ideally like to be the only pet in the home. We may consider a home with another calm, gentle dog who won’t expect too much from her and can match her relaxed nature.

Bella would benefit from having her own garden, which will help her settle back into a toileting routine.

Once she’s built a bond with you, she becomes a very affectionate companion who truly enjoys being by your side.

She enjoys gentle daytime walks and especially loves exploring the beach, where she takes great pleasure in sniffing everything around her. Bella is also known to enjoy a bit of “squirrel spotting,” so her new family should be aware that she can be strong when something catches her attention.
