Nigel's ideal home
Nigel is a 1-year-old collie cross. Nigel is a young and active boy who is full of life! He is a friendly lad who is happy to say hello to everyone he meets and can live with children aged 14 and above. Nigel is a typical collie who loves to be in the great outdoors where he can explore and burn off some energy. He would love to have an active home to take him on lots of exciting adventures, although he will need to be on lead until he has learnt good recall. Nigel is a clever boy although he can forget his manners at times when he is feeling stressed or excited. He is looking for an experienced home who are happy to work on this with him at his pace. Nigel can be overwhelmed in new environments and needs understanding owners who will help build up his confidence. Nigel is a super playful boy who is at his happiest when playing with his favourite toys. He would love to have a garden where he can do lots of zoomies, continue his 1-2-1 training and play fetch until his hearts content. Nigel is happy to meet and say hello to other friendly dogs when out on his walks, although he would like to be the only pet in the home. Nigel would like for his new family to meet him here at the centre a few times to build up a strong bond before heading into his new home.

Nigel is a sweet boy with lots of love to give. He is an affectionate lad who loves to cosy up with his family for a fuss at the end of the day. He is a total foodie and will accept any treat happily. He is super clever and can show off a good few tricks, as long as you can offer him a tasty treat in return! He would love for his new owners to continue his training as he enjoys learning. He is fully housetrained and would prefer for someone to be at home with him most of the day to keep him company.
