For well over 25 years, we have been specializing in the breeding of Quality ISDS reg. Border Collies with wonderful temperaments, producing highly trainable dogs with Brains, Herding instinct and Agility.
Our puppies have excelled to championship level in the hobby sports of Sheepdog Trials, Dog Agility, Fly-ball, Heelwork to Music (Freestyle),Obedience and Working Trials in more than 30 countries worldwide.
We breed for sheepdogs for herding ability, temperament, character, train-ability, agility and an "off switch".
This is what we like ourselves in the pups that we hold back for training to become qualified sheepdogs, which, once trained, are then sold to farmers and sheepdog trials competitors throughout the world.
To ensure that we have the absolute best selection of puppies to train as sheepdogs, all our puppies are reared in and alongside our busy home, well socialized with children, they are handled regularly since birth and are taken to various environments for early learning and socialization opportunities.
Unfortunately, we can't keep all the pups we breed for training, so we often have puppies for sale to suitable homes for Performance Dog Sports (Agility, Obedience, HWTM, Working Trials, Search and Rescue etc) or as active companions/pet for the selected families.
These three boys are only available to experienced very active, preferably herding and/or competitive Agility/obedience homes. ONLY

* Should your circumstances change and you are unable to keep your dog we will will take it back and help with re-homing.
******** If the pup proves unsuitable for your requirements or for whatever reason, WE, the breeder, will give you FREE advice, and will work with you to re-train/re-home/rehabilitate your dog to help solve any problems but if this does not work and you still want to give the pup up WE INSIST, that the puppy be given back to us to re-home in any of these situations.
But if you already have a home lined up, this home must first be approved by us, as we brought the puppy into this world we want to ensure they have the best life most suited to the dogs character and needs.

To achieve a carefree, problem free life with your puppy, we have proven that by using our extensive border collie experience, matching folks with their perfect puppies CHARACTER will reduce a vast array of future behavioral issues arising, so please be prepared to give us a detailed description of your lifestyle, knowledge of border collies and your main reason's for getting a border collie.
These dogs all need a job, even if it is just being an active family pet fetching your slippers and news paper ;) , so you will need to demonstrate to us a good understanding of the breeds educational, socialization and handling requirements.
First time border collie owners are welcome but will also have to show us that they have done their research into this breed.
We really would value that you visit us to see the dogs in our home environment and we can even do a demonstration of them working sheep.
We are very busy looking after our sheep farm, training the sheepdogs and of course playing with puppies, so appreciate people who are resourceful and proactive, you will find that almost all your questions are answered on our website.

International Sheepdog Society (ISDS) is the first (since 1906) and official registration organisation for the true border collie, once registered with the ISDS this puppy can then also be registered with the UK Kennel Club and FCI.
